slow service forgotten order

The hotel provided a welcome reception. I suppose that was adequate.

The service up on the roof felt very slow. Sometimes my order was completely forgotten. I had to keep reminding the staff of my room number, it's so strange for an expensive hotel. I certainly did not appreciate that.
