The rooftop area was so nice! The pool provided a perfect, chilled atmosphere with excellent food and music. Staff members were very attentive, polite, and always ready to help. I especially enjoyed fresh treats from housekeeping each evening. The room was prepared for relaxation after enjoyable days.

The website reservation system could use improvements. A request for a photo and occasion details did not influence the seating. Service at lunch felt slow and impersonal. Staff avoided eye contact. Drinks were inconsistent, and some arrived after a long wait, despite the heat.
